Never know what you'll find when you go to Harry and David's. Today I scored 15 lb of cherries for $20! I love the customer service too they are always so friendly and ready to help

We have been to other Harry and David locations around the country, but none of them are this spectacular. This place has everything you can imagine that would come from Harry and David, and a lot of things we never expected. They have a whole impressive section of just different kinds of fresh mushrooms. They sell beer and wine and you can taste test all kinds of different products. I truly wish we had something this cool in Oklahoma.

There’s a lot more than just pears and apples in this place. Something for everyone. The “last chance” section is on FIRE! What? 98cent logo beer glasses. Heck the price sticker cost that much 😊

Updated, they did respond, I called the number they gave, and the replacement product was much improved. I’m still only giving it three stars because of the multiple issues with the first shipment. I got a gift basket today and the pears are terrible. As you can see from the photo, two of them are actually punctured, Also they are tiny. And To add insult to injury, the box was stuffed with packing that had incredibly pungent perfume on it, even after washing my hands three times they still smell like perfume. And it’s not a nice perfume. And it triggered a headache. I don’t know what they’re thinking either sending such stinky materials, or putting something that’s supposed to be food in the same box. This used to be a good company and a good store, but I am appalled. The pears in a bag at the local discount store this morning were actually Both organic and nicer than the ones I got from Harry and David’s today. I see from recent posts on yelp, that ours actually weren’t as bad as a lot of people are getting.
